Meat/Fish: Chinese Chicken Curry Salad

2 cups cooked chicken breast
4 ounces sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 pound seedless green grapes
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1/4 cup fat free ranch dressing
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juiceRecipe
Cut chicken into 1" cubes. Mix together chicken, water chestnut and celery. Blend together sour cream, dressing, curry, soy and lemon juice. Pour over the chicken mixture. Stir in the grapes. Chill several hours. Serves 6.
