    List of Ingredients




    6 ounces solid white tuna in water, drained
    6 ounces white meat chicken in broth, drain
    2 ounces no fat cheddar cheese, grated
    2 tablespoons pickle relish (dill) or diced dill pickle
    2 scallions, small dice
    1 teaspoon stone ground Dijon mustard
    3 tablespoons lowfat mayonnaise
    garlic powder, seasoned salt, dill and -- pepper to taste

    Break up tuna and chicken into a large bowl. Add seasonings. Add mustard and mayo and combine well. Then add the rest of the ingredients mixing as you go to get them thoroughly combined. The flavor is even better if you make this salad ahead, even the day before. Serving Suggestions: This salad is great with greens, on a salad, with crackers or even as a stuffing for celery or peppers.
