    Meat/Fish: Diane's Smoked Turkey Salad

    List of Ingredients





    1/2 pound fresh spinach penne pasta
    1/4 pound smoked turkey breast, julienned
    1/2 cup red onion, julienned
    1 cup diced celery
    1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes
    1/4 cup green peppercorns, drained

    DRESSING:
    1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
    3 tablespoons dijon mustard
    1/4 cup sherry
    1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt

    Recipe



    Cook pasta and chill. In small bowl, combine dressing ingredients well. In large bowl, add cold pasta and next five ingredients. Add dressing and toss well. Serve on a bed of green leaf lettuce. Makes 4-6 servings.
