Meat/Fish: Turkey Salad

1 cup mayonnaise
3 cups diced -- cooked turkey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 cups thin sliced celery
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped parsleyRecipe
In large bowl, stir together mayonnaise and seasonings till smooth. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat well. Cover; chill. Makes 5 cups.
