1 pound carrots, peeled and coarse grated
juice of 1 lemon
juice of 1 orange
2 tablespoons orange flower water
salt and powdered sugarRecipe
In a large bowl, mix together the carrots and liquids. Add salt and sugar to taste. Cover and chill. Serves 4.
