Pasta/Potato: Anise Potato Salad

List of Ingredients
6 medium potatoes boiled, peeled and cut up
1 cup celery chopped
1 bunch green onions chopped, bottoms and tops
mayonnaise enough to make creamy
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon anise seed or more to taste
3 to 4 hard boiled eggs, sliced for garnish Recipe
Peel and boil potatoes until of salad firmness, don't make them too soft. Run cold water over to cool, then drain well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate until cold. May garnish top with sliced hard boiled eggs and sprinkle with paprika. Serves 6 to 8.
