Pasta/Potato: Greek Pasta Salad

List of Ingredients
1 pound rotini noodles
1 pound boneless chicken breast
1 bay leaf
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 can sliced black olives
1 sweet red pepper, chopped
4 ounces feta cheese, drain and crumble
3 green onion, fine sliced
1 bottle Italian salad dressingRecipe
Cook noodles. Cook chicken breasts in water to cover with 1 bay leaf for 30 minutes or until juices run clear. Remove bay leaf. Cool chicken and remove skin. Cut chicken bite size. Combine all and serve warm or cold. Serves 16.
