Pasta/Potato: Hearty Baked Potato Salad

8 red salad potatoes
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain yogurt
4 ounces bacon, cooked drained and crumbledRecipe
Peel potatoes and boil till soft. Cut into 1 1/2" chunks. Spread potatoes evenly over bottom of 13x9 inch baking pan. Combine onions, parsley, soup, mayo and yogurt. Pour over potatoes and then sprinkle cooked bacon on top and garnish with paprika. Cover with foil and bake at 350ºF for 1 hour, uncovering during last 30 minutes. Serves 10.
