Pasta/Potato: Italian Pasta Salad

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic -- minced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups twist macaroni
1 large tomato -- seeded, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup sliced ripe olivesRecipe
Cook macaroni, drain and rinse in cold water; set aside. In large bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic, basil, salt & pepper. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat well. Cover, chill. Makes about 3 cups.
