Pasta/Potato: Pasta Salad Dijonaise

1 pound pasta, cooked per directions
2/3 cup Italian salad dressing
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 small chopped carrots
salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
Cook the pasta, drain and cool. Mix all ingredients together, season with salt and pepper and add a little parsley, basil and any other spices you may like to taste. Chill for at least one hour.
