List of Ingredients
8 ounces Italian noodles
2 large tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 cups cooked broccoli florets
3/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 cup weight watchers caesar dressing
1/3 cup fat free Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 cup nonfat mozzarella cheese, gratedRecipe
Cook noodles, drain and rinse in cold water until cool. In large bowl, combine veggies, dressing and basil. Add cheese and noodles. Toss lightly and chill.
