Pasta/Potato: Sandy's Pasta Salad

1 package pesto sauce mix
4 ounces olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 16 ounces pk spiral pasta
1 15 ounce can black olives
1 1/2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
1 cup sliced bell peppers
1/2 cup sunflower seeds (optional)
optional: crumbled feta or cubed cheeseRecipe
Combine pesto sauce mix with olive oil and garlic. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. In large serving bowl, combine all and pour sauce over salad; toss. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
