Pasta/Potato: Pasta & Green Soybean Salad

List of Ingredients
8 ounces small pasta shells, cooked and drained
8 ounces green soybeans, cooked and drained -- (1 1/2 cup)
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped ripe Greek olives (optional)
1/4 cup chicken broth
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh oregano
fresh ground black pepper to taste
Recipe
Combine pasta, soybeans, bell pepper, onion, cheese and olives in large bowl. Whisk together chicken broth, vinegar, olive oil, mustard, garlic, herbs and pepper in small bowl. Pour over pasta mixture and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight, tossing occasionally.
