Pea Salad with Creamy Dressing

List of Ingredients
10 ounces frozen peas, thawed
6 strip bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 ounces sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
DRESSING:
1/4 cup sour cream
4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt Recipe
In a bowl, combine peas, bacon, water chestnut and onions; set aside. Combine all dressing ingredients until smooth; pour over salad and toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Yield: 6 servings.
