Pasta/Potato: Quick Artichoke Pasta Salad

List of Ingredients
1 cup small shell pasta
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
1/4 pound mushrooms, quartered
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 can medium size pitted ripe olives
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon basil leaves
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Cook pasta according to directions on package; drain well, rinse with cold water, and drain again. Turn into large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; toss gently. Cover and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours. Serves 6.
