    List of Ingredients




    16 ounces frozen peas
    8 ounces reduced-fat cheddar cheese -- cubed
    8 ounces sliced water chestnuts -- drained
    1/2 cup chopped green sweet pepper
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    4 green onions -- sliced
    1/4 teaspoon dried summer savory -- crushed-or dried dill weed
    8 ounces reduced-calorie ranch salad dressing -or cucumber salad dressing -1/2 cup

    Recipe



    Combine peas, cheese, water chestnuts, sweet pepper, celery, and green onions in a large bowl. Stir summer savory or dill weed into dressing. Pour over salad and toss well. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Makes 10 servings.
