Pasta/Potato: Three Cheese Tortellini Salad

List of Ingredients
1 7 ounce pack cheese tortellini
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup fresh broccoli florets
1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
1 can sliced ripe olives, drained ( 2 oz)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
DRESSING:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 tbl. milk -- (1 to 2)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh marjoram (1/2 tsp dry)
Recipe
Cook tortellini to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water. Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes. In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients except tomatoes; toss gently. In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently. Cover; refrigerate 2 to 3 hours to blend flavors. Just before serving, add tomatoes; toss gently. 6 servings.
