    Pasta/Potato: Turkey Vegetable Pasta Salad

    List of Ingredients

    SALAD:
    6 ounces uncooked linguine, broken in half
    2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
    1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
    1/2 cup crumbled basil feta cheese
    1 medium yellow summer squash, halved lengthwise -- quartered
    1 cup cubed deli smoked turkey

    DRESSING:
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh marjoram leaves
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano leaves
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon coarse ground pepper

    Recipe

    Cook pasta according to package directions, then rinse with cold water and drain. Meanwhnile, combine tomatoes, bell pepper, feta, squash, zucchini and turkey in large serving bowl. Add pasta and toss to coat. In jar with tight fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients, mixing well. Pour dressing over salad and toss to mix. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Serves 6.
