    Good served over mixed greens.

    List of Ingredients




    * 1 1/3 cups Canola Oil
    * 1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
    * 1/4 cup Apple Juice Concentrate
    * 2 T Lemon Juice
    * 1/2 cup Applesauce
    * Salt to taste

    Recipe



    1. Place all ingredients, except Canola Oil and Salt, in a blender. Blend until smooth.
    2. Add the Canola Oil in increments, blending between each addition
    3. Add salt to taste.
    4. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.

    Yield: 15 oz.
