Basil, Garlic & Green Onion Dressing

List of Ingredients
1 tsp minced fresh basil
1 garlic clove minced
2 tbl chopped green onions
2 tbl nonfat plain yogurt
1 tbl cider vinegar Recipe
Combine all ingredients, cover tightly, and refrigerate until chilled.
* NOTE: Dressing can be kept for a week in a tightly covered jar in the refrigerator. This dressing is pungent so be cautious. Good on fresh rip tomatoes.
