    Bertha's Roquefort Dressing

    original poster's note: Can substitute Blue Cheese. I often increase the pepper to a tablespoon for more bite. Very creamy salad dressing. Great with hot wings.

    List of Ingredients




    2 cup Sour cream
    2 cup Mayonnaise
    8 ounces Roquefort cheese
    1 teaspoon Garlic powder
    1 teaspoon White pepper
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients, cover loosely and leave at room temperature overnight. Refrigerate. Can also be refrigerated immediately for safety, but make it at least 24 hours before serving.
