    3/8 cup buttermilk
    1/4 cup light sour cream
    7/8 cup Light mayonaise
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    1 2/3 tablespoons sugar
    8 ounces blue cheese
    1/3 teaspoon salt
    1 1/4 dashes pepper

    Recipe



    Blend together all ingredients except the blue cheese. Stir in the blue cheese crumbles and mix well.

    Yield: "1 1/4 pints"
