1 cup yogurt, plain
1 1/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup blue cheese

Blend yogurt, vinegar, garlic and mustard in a small bowl. Combine thoroughly but gently to prevent yogurt from curdling. Add crumbled blue cheese; stir gently.
