    1/3 cup red wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1 clove crushed garlic
    1/2 cup olive or salad oil

    In a screw top jar, combine all ingredients except the oil; cover and shake to mix. Add oil; cover and shake to mix. Chill thoroughly; shake before using.
