Buttermilk Chive Dressing

1/2 cup Reduced-fat buttermilk
2 tbl Distilled white vinegar
2 tbl Chopped fresh chives
1 tbl Low-fat mayonnaise dressing
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Coarsely ground black pepperRecipe
In small bowl, with wire whisk or fork, mix all ingredients. Notes: This dressing is fat-free and delicious. Toss it with salad, homemade coleslaw, or cucumber slices. Yields: About 3/4 cup dressing.
