Creamy Cucumber Dressing

1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/3 cup peeled seeded, and finely cucumber
1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried whole dill weed
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Cover and chill. Yield: 1-3/4 cups
