3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepperRecipe
Make the dressing: In a medium bowl, use a wire whisk to combine the mayonnaise and buttermilk. Stir in parsley, lemon juice, mustard, dill, salt, and pepper. Cover and chill 1 hour to overnight. store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Makes 1-1/2 cups.
