1/2 cup silken tofu (4 oz)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup fresh packed parsley leaves
salt and black and red pepper to tasteRecipe
Place all ingredients in food processor or blender and process until smooth. Use on salads, veggies or fish. Serves 4.
