    1/3 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon flour
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 cup pineapple or orange juice
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped

    Recipe



    Combine sugar, flour, egg yolk and pineapple juice in a small saucepan; stir until smooth. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Add lemon juice; chill. Fold in whipped cream just before serving. Makes about 2 cups.
