    4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup buttermilk
    onion powder and garlic powder -- to taste

    Combine and mix until well blended. Chill. Note: To make a dip, decrease buttermilk to 1/3 cup.
