1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup malt vinegar
1 large clove garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons tarragon
1 teaspoon dill weed
salt and pepperRecipe
Combine all ingredients in a salad bottle. Shake well. If keeping in the fridge, remember to warm up to room temperature about an hour before serving.
