    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup sour cream
    2 tablespoons creamy horseradish spread
    4 tablespoons buttermilk
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1/3 teaspoon garlic powder

    Mix well and allow to chill, covered in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving. The peppers will heat up over time, so don't add too much when you are mixing and tasting.
