    Parmesan-Peppercorn Dressing

    List of Ingredients





    1 cup low-fat buttermilk
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
    1/4 cup light mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 teaspoons dried green peppercorns -- crushed
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/8 teaspoon salt

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well with a whisk. Cover and chill. Serve over mixed salad greens. Yield: 1 3/4 cups.
