List of Ingredients
2/3 cup water
1 teaspoon arrowroot
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/3 cup finely chopped shallots
1/4 cup sherry vinegarRecipe
Combine water and arrowroot in a saucepan. Bring to a gentlee boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat when a gravy-like constency is reached, about 1-2 minutes. Place saucepan into mixing bowl that's one-fourth filled with ice cubes and water. Allow to reach room temperature. Mix the remaining ingredients into the arrowroot mixture. Pour into sterilized jar, cover and label. Dressing will keep for 3-4 days in the fridge. Makes 1 cup.
