List of Ingredients
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon minced mint, parsley or dill / 1 tsp dry
1 green onion, thin slicedRecipe
IN small bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve over sliced tomatoes or mixed green salad. Is very good on thinly sliced cucumbers. Will keep, tightly covered and refrigerated, for up to 3 days. Makes about 1/2 cup.
