Banana Rice Salad

1 cup diced banana
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons cool whip lite
2 tablespoons fat free mayo
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 1/2 cups cold cooked rice
1/4 cup raisins
2 tablespoons chopped pecansRecipe
In small bowl, combine banana and lemon juice. In medium bowl, mix mayo, cool whip and syrup. Add rice, raisins and pecans. Toss gently to combine. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serves 4.
