    Curried Apple-Raisin Salad

    List of Ingredients




    2 Apples cored and cubed
    1 c Celery chopped
    1/2 c Raisins
    1/2 c Walnuts coarsely chopped
    1/4 c Mayonnaise
    1/4 c Sour cream
    1 tb Lemon juice
    1 t Salt
    1/4 ts Curry powder to 1/2 ts.
    Lettuce leaves
    Apple wedges opt.

    Combine apple, celery, raisins, and walnuts; toss lightly to mix. combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and curry powder, mixing well. Pour the sauce mixture over apple mixture; stir gently, coating apples thoroughly. Serve in a lettuce-lined bowl; garnish with apple wedges, if desired. Seres 6.
