1 29 ounce can apricot halves
1 20 ounce can pineapple chunks
1 11 ounce can mandarin oranges
1 cup apricot juice
1 small pack instant vanilla pudding mix
3 bananas, slicedRecipe
Drain all canned fruit, reserving 1 c. apricot juice. Combine pudding mix with apricot juice. Fold drained fruit into pudding. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Immediately before serving, fold in bananas (sprinkle bananas with lemon juice first to prevent browning).
