    Glorified Rice Salad *

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups rice -- cooked
    2 cups fruit cocktail in juice
    1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
    3/4 cup plain yogurt
    1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
    3/4 cup Cool Whip Lite
    2 tablespoons sugar substitute
    1 teaspoon almond extract

    Recipe

    In medium bowl, combine rice, fruit and marshmallows. In small bowl, combine yogurt and dry milk powder. Stir in cool whip, sugar substitute and almond extract. Blend into rice mix. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
