Lemon Fluff Salad *

List of Ingredients
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (small)
3 ounce lemon gelatin powder
2/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 1/4 cups water
2 cups fruit cocktail packed in fruit juice -- drained, reserve liquid
3/4 cup cool whip, thawed
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Recipe
In medium bowl, combine dry pudding mix, dry jello and dry milk powder. Add water and reserved fruit cocktail liquid to dry pudding mix. Mix well using wire whisk. Blend in cool whip, fruit cocktail, and marshmallows. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Can stir in chopped nuts if desired.
