    1 small pack lime jello, dissolve in 3/4 c -- boiling water
    3/4 cup crushed pineapple in own juice
    1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
    1 cup lowfat sour cream

    Recipe



    Stir dissolved gelatin into pineapple, cottage cheese and sour cream. Chill overnight.
