Orange Tapioca Salad

3 cups water
1 3 ounces package orange jello
3 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
3 ounces tapioca pudding mix
15 ounces drained mandarin oranges
8 ounces drained crushed pineapple
8 ounces thawed cool whipRecipe
In a saucepan , bring water to a boil. Whisk in gelatin an pudding mixes. Return to boil, stirring constantly; boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool completely. Fold in mandarin oranges, pineapple and whipped topping. Spoon into a serving bowl. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. 12-14 servings.
