Pear Mint Salad

1 can (16 oz) pear halves, drained and liquid reserved
1 package instant vanilla pudding
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
3/4 cup fat free yogurt
3/4 cup cool whip lite
1/2 teaspoon mint extract
6 drops green food coloring
1/2 cup mini marshmallowsRecipe
Coarsely chop pear halves. Set aside. Add enough water to reserved pear juice to make 1c. liquid. In large bowl, combine dry pudding, dry milk, liquid and yogurt. Mix well with wire whisk. Blend in cool whip, mint extract and food coloring. Add marshmallows and chopped pears. Mix gently to combine cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serves 6.
