Chicken: Asian Chicken Pitas

2 cup Cooked chicken breasts, shredded
1/2 cup Snow peas, chopped
1/2 cup Sweet red peppers, diced
1 tbl Sesame seeds, toasted
1/2 cup Nonfat mayonnaise
1/4 cup Nonfat yogurt
1 tsp Fresh ginger root, grated
1 tsp Low sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp Sesame oil
4 whl -wheat pita breads, halved
1 cup Mung bean sprouts
Recipe
In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, snow peas, peppers and sesame seeds. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, ginger, soy sauce and oil. pour over the salad and mix well. Spoon into the pita pockets. Top each sandwich half with the sprouts.
