1 pound boneless chicken breast halves
2 medium red peppers, quartered
1 medium onion, sliced
1 cup barbeque sauce
4 flour tortillas (10")
Recipe
PLACE chicken and vegetables on greased grill over medium-hot coals. GRILL chicken 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through and vegetables 4 to 5 minutes on each side, brushing each frequently with sauce. SLICE chicken and vegetables into thin strips. Divide filling among tortillas; roll tortillas. Serve with additional sauce, if desired.
