Wraps: BLT Wraps

List of Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 ounce ranch salad dressing mix
2 tablespoons chopped green chiles, drained
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
8 flour tortillas (8 inch)
4 cups torn lettuce leaves
2 cups chopped ripe tomatoes
1 avocado, peeled, sliced thin
16 slices bacon, crisp cooked, drained
Recipe
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, chiles and red pepper flakes. Mix well. Warm the tortillas by wrapping them in microwave-safe paper toweling and heating on high for 15 to 20 seconds or wrapping them and foil and baking in a 350ºF oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Spread each tortilla generously with the mayonnaise mixture. Layer each tortilla with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado slices and bacon. Bring sides of tortillas together; secure with wooden picks. Serve immediately. Makes 8 servings.
