Beef: Hawaiian Steak Sandwich

List of Ingredients
3 lb Flank steak
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
12 English muffins
-----MARINADE-----
3 c Pineapple juice
1/4 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
2 T Fresh ginger, grated
-----SAUCE-----
1 c Horseradish
1 c Mayonnaise
1/2 c Pineapple juice
Mix marinade ingredients and marinate the steak in the frig for 24 hours. Mix sauce ingredients and let sit for a couple of hours. Grill steak until done to your liking, slice across the grain into thin slices. Split and butter the muffin halves, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and broil to golden brown. Arrange steak slices over muffin halves and drizzle with sauce, eat either open faced or closed.
