Mushroom: Buny's Mushroom Brie Melt

Created this the other day and I melted as fast as the Brie did..
List of Ingredients
2 slices thin sliced French bread per person
about 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (I used baby portabello) per person
about 6 to 7 thin slices of brie per person
olive oil
butter
chopped roasted garlic (about 1/2 tsp. per person)
minced shallot (about 2 tbl. per person)
salt, fresh cracked black pepper, crumbled lemon thyme
Recipe
In saute pan, heat oil and butter together until bubbly. Toss in the garlic and shallots and seasonings. Saute until mushrooms are cooked and tender. Spread bread out on a cookie sheet and toast in oven until very lightly browned (I did mine in toaster oven). Spoon cooked mushrooms and pan juices over the bread. Lay the sliced brie over the mushrooms and pop tray back in oven to melt the cheese. I had this as open faced sandwich, 2 slices.... was heaven. Definitely not low cal, but at that point i didnt care :D
