1/2 cup hot cayenne pepper sauce
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
4 kaiser rolls halved horizontally
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1/2 cup blue cheese dressing Recipe
* Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the hot sauce in a shallow dish. Completely coat the chicken breasts with the hot sauce.
* Grill the chicken for 6 to 7 minutes per side, or until no pink remains.
* Top the bottom halves of the rolls with the shredded lettuce, the grilled chicken, then the dressing. Replace the tops of the rolls and serve.
* This recipe yields 4 servings.
* Comments: For spicier chicken, add a few drops of hot pepper sauce to the cayenne pepper sauce.
