List of Ingredients
1/2 c Celery diced
1/4 c Scallions minced, with some tops
2 c Diced cooked lobster, scallops, crabmeat or shrimp
1/2 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tb Chili sauce
2 tb Fresh parsley chopped -(optional)
Salt, pepper to taste
4 Frankfurter rolls partially-split and toasted Recipe
Combine celery, scallions and seafood in a medium-sized bowl. Mix
mayonnaise, chili sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper. Add to seafood
mixture; mix well. Spoon into warm frankfurter rolls. Serves 4.
